I always stay at this amazing place in Protaras. They helped my old parents with a smile and it stuck with me. It has everything I need: Wi-Fi, car park, TV, outdoor pool, beach access. Coming back for Easter!

Incredible villa with high-end finishes, fully equipped and spotlessly clean. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Location is perfect with amenities and beach within walking distance. The pool, jacuzzi, and bean bags were amazing. Host Pavlos went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We will definitely return!

I had a fantastic stay at this villa in Protaras. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the main strip of bars and restaurants, as well as Fig Tree Bay. There were also mini marts and a LIDL nearby for convenience. The villa itself was spotlessly clean and had fantastic facilities. The swimming pool was amazing, with color-changing lights and jacuzzi jets. The floating bean bags were a great addition. The villa also had fast wifi throughout and a comfortable living room with a good-sized TV. The beds were very comfortable and the showers were clean and powerful. The kitchen had plenty of space and excellent appliances. The host, Pavlos, was excellent and always helpful and quick to respond. He even treated us to breakfast and was kind enough to provide basic food and complementary fruit upon arrival. it exceeded my expectations and I would definitely return in the future.

Nothing everything was great.

The location of the villa was excellent, just a few minutes' walk to the main strip of bars and restaurants, and even closer to the beautiful Fig Tree Bay. the villa itself was incredible, with high, end finishes and a spacious layout. the swimming pool with color, changing lights and jacuzzi jets was a fantastic feature, and the floating bean bags added a touch of luxury. the villa was also spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds, powerful showers, and a well, equipped kitchen.

One minor thing to mention is that the living area could only comfortably accommodate around five people, despite the villa being able to sleep up to eight. An additional TV in one of the bedrooms would be a bonus for larger groups.

Our stay at Fig Tree Bay Residences Lantiana Villa 1 was absolutely fantastic. The villa itself was immaculate and well-maintained. The rooms were spacious, with comfortable beds and amazing showers. The kitchen had excellent appliances and plenty of space for food preparation. The highlight, of course, was the beautiful swimming pool with color-changing lights and jacuzzi jets, perfect for a refreshing dip. The location was excellent, just a short walk away from the stunning Fig Tree Bay beach and the main strip of bars and restaurants. We also appreciated the convenience of having a LIDL and a mini mart nearby. The host, Pavlos, was exceptionally helpful and responsive, ensuring that our stay was enjoyable. From treating us to breakfast at the hotel opposite to providing basic food upon our arrival, his thoughtfulness truly exceeded our expectations. we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend Fig Tree Bay Residences Lantiana Villa 1 to others.

While our stay was nearly perfect, there were a couple of minor things worth mentioning. the living area would only comfortably accommodate around five people, which may be a bit cramped for larger groups.

This beautiful villa is in a perfect location, just a short walk from Fig Tree beach, the main strip, and a convenient Lidl. the villa itself is spacious and well-equipped, with modern decor and all the facilities you need. the rooms are a good size, with some having en-suite bathrooms. the owner went above and beyond to meet our needs, even providing a welcome fruit basket and wine. the hotel staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful.

The stairs could benefit from a handrail for elderly guests.
